The Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), in collaboration with the Department of Skills Development (JPK), organised a specialised programme for Benta Wawasan Sdn Bhd entitled “Workshop on Personnel Skills Productivity Enhancement and Module Development for the Academy in Industry (ADI) Programme.” The workshop was held from 21 to 23 October 2026 at Borneo Royale Hotel, Tawau.
The three-day workshop brought together instructors, mentors, and coordinators specially nominated by the company’s management. The programme aimed to strengthen human capital capabilities, reduce dependence on low-skilled foreign labour, and bridge existing skills gaps within the industry.
Throughout the workshop, participants gained valuable knowledge and practical insights into various essential modules, including an introduction to the ADI programme, National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) mapping, preparation of learning materials, development of training schedules, as well as assessment procedures and quality control measures.
This initiative reflects Benta Wawasan Sdn Bhd’s continued commitment to strengthening training governance, enhancing workforce competencies, and developing a highly skilled and capable workforce to support the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence.
Benta Wawasan Sdn Bhd extends its sincere appreciation to MPC, JPK, and all parties involved for their valuable contributions and commitment towards the successful implementation of this programme.
