Benta Wawasan Sdn Bhd (BWSB) successfully conducted a two-day Workshop on ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) – Document Finalization on 19–20 October 2026 at BNS Mini Hall, T2, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The workshop brought together 48 participants as part of the Company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the implementation of its Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the relevant ISO standards and requirements.
The primary objective of the workshop was to review, refine and finalise IMS documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk assessments and other relevant management system documents, to ensure consistency, effectiveness and alignment with the Company’s operational requirements.
Throughout the two-day session, participants actively engaged in collaborative discussions, document reviews and knowledge-sharing activities aimed at enhancing the overall quality, accuracy and practicality of the IMS documentation.
The workshop also served as an important platform to reinforce a shared understanding of management system requirements, strengthen cross-departmental coordination and promote accountability in maintaining effective and systematic documentation practices.
Through this initiative, BWSB reaffirms its commitment to good corporate governance, operational excellence, effective risk management and a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organisation.
