Benta Wawasan Sdn. Bhd., through its Human Resources Department, organised HR Connect 2026: Briefing on the General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTCS), 4th Edition, aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of the latest enhancements to the company’s terms and conditions of service.
This engagement programme brought together members of the Management team and administrative representatives from both the Northern Region (Binuang Estate) and Southern Region (Seraya Estate).
The briefing provided a platform for participants to gain further insights into the revisions and improvements introduced under the 4th Edition of the GTCS. Through interactive presentations and question-and-answer (Q&A) sessions, participants were able to seek clarification, exchange views and strengthen their understanding of the updated provisions.
The initiative reflects Benta Wawasan’s continued commitment to promoting consistent policy implementation, effective human resource management and alignment of administrative practices across its estates and offices.
